Shipping to the US and Canada is always free.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within six weeks, but can arrive as soon as one week after being ordered. If you still do not have your item after six weeks, please reach out at email@example.com.
When short on inventory, a shipment delay may occur.

Woof Meow Hello accommodates shipping to PO boxes.

Woof Moew Hello is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Woof Meow Hello is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
